A 67-year-old man presents for an annual wellness visit. He feels well and has no abdominal, back, or leg pain. He smoked 5 pack-years in his 20s and quit 40 years ago. Blood pressure is 128/76 mm Hg, and abdominal examination shows no palpable mass. His colonoscopy at age 62 was normal. Which preventive screening is most appropriate now?
C is correct: men age 65–75 who have ever smoked should receive one-time abdominal ultrasonography because smoking increases abdominal aortic aneurysm risk. D is wrong: lung cancer screening requires age 50–80 plus at least 20 pack-years and quitting within 15 years. A is wrong: carotid duplex is not recommended for asymptomatic adults. B is wrong: ankle-brachial index is not routine screening without peripheral artery disease symptoms or selected high-risk context.

The guided drills were the difference. I stopped re-reading notes and started doing timed sets. My scores jumped in two weeks.
The explanations are crisp and the pacing is perfect. I used the active recall prompts every night and it stuck.
I loved the frameworks and examples. Prioritization became obvious, and the drills fixed my weak spots fast.
