A 28-year-old G1P0 woman presents for her first prenatal visit. She has regular 28-day cycles and is certain her last menstrual period began January 1. On March 7, transvaginal ultrasound shows a single viable intrauterine pregnancy with crown-rump length corresponding to 8 weeks 6 days. She has no bleeding or pelvic pain. Which dating approach is most appropriate?
Correct dating uses certain LMP plus the earliest accurate ultrasound. C is tempting because first-trimester CRL is accurate, but redating before 9 weeks is recommended only when the discrepancy is more than 5 days. B is unnecessary because viability and dating are adequate. A is correct: LMP dating gives October 8, and the 3-day CRL difference should not change the EDD. D is incorrect because later ultrasound is less accurate and should not replace reliable early dating for a small discrepancy.

The guided drills were the difference. I stopped re-reading notes and started doing timed sets. My scores jumped in two weeks.
The explanations are crisp and the pacing is perfect. I used the active recall prompts every night and it stuck.
I loved the frameworks and examples. Prioritization became obvious, and the drills fixed my weak spots fast.
