LMS & education systems Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L Brightspace Roster sync, course launch, progress reporting, gradebook-style exports Scope depends on LMS access and institutional configuration. LTI 1.3 standard.
SSO & identity SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM Single sign-on, role-based access, user provisioning Requires identity provider configuration and security review.
Healthcare interoperability Epic, MEDITECH, Oracle Health/Cerner, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7 EHR launch planning, workforce training, secure reporting exchange Subject to vendor access, IT approval, and data-sharing requirements.
HR & workforce training Workday Learning, Cornerstone, HealthStream-style workflows, LMS / LXP Employee roster sync, training completion reports, competency tracking Implementation varies by enterprise system and reporting needs.
Enterprise reporting CSV / SFTP, webhooks, custom APIs, cohort dashboards, remediation exports Readiness reports, remediation data, completion reports, audit-friendly exports Available by implementation package and data-governance requirements.

Suggested integration pathway

  1. Identity / SSO review — pick SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SCIM. Most pilots launch with SAML or OIDC.
  2. Roster or user provisioning strategy — manual upload, SCIM, scheduled sync, or LMS-launched.
  3. Reporting export requirements — CSV, webhooks, or API. Decide what your BI needs.
  4. Optional EHR or healthcare interoperability review — only if clinical-context training is in scope.
  5. Security and data-governance review — typical: 2–3 weeks. Vendor questionnaire provided.
  6. Pilot launch plan — pilot cohort size, success metrics, milestones, exit criteria.

Integration scope depends on customer systems, vendor access, security review, data-sharing requirements, and implementation package. Healthcare interoperability with Epic, MEDITECH, and Oracle Health/Cerner is available subject to customer IT approval and the relevant vendor program. MedExPrep does not claim plug-and-play EHR integration.

Program Voices

What program leaders are seeing in early cohorts.

Directional feedback from program directors during pilot deployments. Outcome metrics will be replaced with verified data as cohorts complete.

The cohort dashboard surfaces at-risk learners weeks before midterms. We’re intervening earlier than we ever could before, and our remediation conversations are now anchored to actual mistake patterns instead of guesswork.
LP
Lauren Park, PharmD Lead Curriculum Editor · MPJE Review
Our students are using audio review on commutes and clinical rotations. Engagement on Tutor Mode™ explanations is materially higher than the static QBank we used last cycle. The reasoning, not just the answer key, is what changed how they study.
